DESCRIPTION:The road to gender equality has never been linear. In recent ye
 ars\, increased access to education for women\, strengthening of legal righ
 ts and enhanced representation in the public sphere have resulted in signif
 icant gains. However\, today we also see backlash trends against women's ri
 ghts in many parts of the world. This situation shows that the struggle for
  equality is still fragile.\nFor sustainable development policies to succee
 d\, gender equality and social justice must be at the core. This is because
  many obstacles faced by women are structural in nature and limit their acc
 ess to resources\, opportunities\, and participation in decision-making pro
 cesses.\nAs SURKAM\, we address #sustainable development not only as #envir
 onmental #transformation but also as an inclusive and fair social transform
 ation. We believe that the work carried out in the fields of #climate actio
 n\, #energy transition\, #circular economy\, and sustainable trade should p
 roduce equal benefits for all segments of society\, especially women.\nBeca

 ves no one behind. Women's knowledge\, leadership\, and productive power ar
