SUMMARY:The First Session of the DİSÜDER–SURKAM Twin Transition and Sus
 tainability Training Series Was Held
DESCRIPTION:As part of the Sustainability and Twin Transition Center Projec
 t supported by the Istanbul Development Agency (İSTKA)\, we completed the 
 first session of the training series organized in cooperation with the Digi
 tal and Sustainable Future Association (DİSÜDER) and Istanbul Medipol Uni
 versity Sustainable Development and Twin Transition Application and Researc
 h Center (SURKAM).\n🎙️ In the training titled “What Is Twin Transiti
 on? Why Should Green and Digital Transformation Be Considered Together?”\
 , delivered with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alper Özpınar\, th
 e fundamental components of the twin transition concept\, how green and dig
 ital transformation processes complement each other\, and how institutions 
 can adopt a holistic approach to these processes in line with their sustain
 ability and competitiveness goals were discussed.\nWe would like to thank A
 ssoc. Prof. Dr. Alper Özpınar for sharing his valuable knowledge and expe
 rience with us\, as well as all participants who attended the training.\nOu
 r training series\, in which we will address different dimensions of twin t
 ransition and sustainability\, will continue with new sessions.
