SUMMARY:The Third Session of the DİSÜDER–SURKAM Twin Transition and Sus
 tainability Training Series Was Held
DESCRIPTION:As part of the Sustainability and Twin Transition Center Projec
 t supported by the Istanbul Development Agency (İSTKA)\, we completed anot
 her session of our training series organized in cooperation with the Digita
 l and Sustainable Future Association (DİSÜDER) and Istanbul Medipol Unive
 rsity Sustainable Development and Twin Transition Application and Research 
 Center (SURKAM).\n🎙️ In the training titled “Carbon Footprint\, Ener
 gy Efficiency\, and Resource Management\,” delivered with the participati
 on of Erbil Büyükbay\, the calculation and reduction of carbon footprints
 \, the strategic importance of energy efficiency for institutions\, and the
  role of resource management in sustainable transformation processes were d
 iscussed.\nDuring the training\, current practices were used to evaluate th
 e monitoring of carbon emissions\, optimization of energy consumption\, and
  efficient use of resources in order to help institutions manage their envi
 ronmental impacts more effectively.\nIn addition\, the importance of measur
 ement\, reporting\, and continuous improvement approaches in achieving sust
 ainability goals was shared with the participants.\nWe would like to thank 
 Erbil Büyükbay for sharing his valuable knowledge and experience with our
  participants\, as well as everyone who attended the training.\nOur trainin
 g series\, in which we will address different dimensions of twin transition
  and sustainability\, will continue with new sessions.
