We Took Part in the “Step by Step to the Future of Pharmacy” Workshop

The “Step by Step to the Future of Pharmacy” workshop, hosted by Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Pharmacy on April 10, 2025, brought together key discussions shaping the future of the pharmacy profession.

The event, held at the South Campus, was attended by Prof. Dr. Yasemin Yüksel Durmaz, Vice Rector of Istanbul Medipol University, and Prof. Dr. Oğuz Özyaral, Vice Rector of Antalya Belek University.

Our Deputy Director of the Sustainable Development Practice and Research Center (SURKAM), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Öznur Gülen Ertosun, took part as a panelist in the session titled “Innovation and Sustainability in Pharmacy.”

Throughout seven sessions, the workshop explored the future of pharmacy from multiple perspectives — including education, artificial intelligence, ethics, law, and sustainability. Presentations held in different halls encouraged the exchange of knowledge and experience.
