Istanbul Medipol University’s Open Academy Program provides free and open-access learning opportunities designed to strengthen public engagement, support lifelong education, and expand community participation in the Sustainable Development Goals.

The program offers online courses, seminars, and learning modules developed by Medipol’s academic staff across various fields, including health sciences, engineering, social sciences, sustainability, and digital skills. By making university-level knowledge accessible to all, the Open Academy contributes directly to SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through inclusive, community-centered learning.

Open Academy promotes collaboration with schools, NGOs, municipalities, and professional groups, enabling individuals of all ages to develop new competencies and engage with global challenges. Courses are free of charge, open to external participants, and continuously updated to align with emerging societal needs.
