As the Istanbul Medipol University Sustainable Development Application and Research Center (SURKAM) team, we attended the Sustainability Conference 2025 held yesterday at Fairmont Quasar.

At the conference, SURKAM Director Prof. Dr. Rana Atabay Kuşçu took part in the session titled “Harnessing the Power of Technology and Innovation,” discussing the role of green jobs, green skills, digitalization, and twin transformation in the ecosystems that universities can build for sustainable development, as well as how technology, innovation, and multi-stakeholder collaborations can accelerate the green transition.
