
Within TÜBİTAK 1812 – BIGG Investment Program, Medipol University TTO acts as the implementing institution; the consortium includes Yeditepe University, Istanbul Kültür University, and Ankara Medipol University.
Module 7: Impact and Long-Term Vision training was conducted by Eda Nur Diren, Project and Application Research Assistant at İstanbul Medipol University Sustainable Development and Twin Transformation Application and Research Center (SURKAM).
The aim of this training is to enable participants to define the long-term goals of their initiatives, enhance their capacity to create sustainable impact, plan processes for generating social, environmental, and economic value, and develop future-oriented growth strategies.
Within the scope of the training, topics such as impact-oriented entrepreneurship, business models aligned with sustainable development goals, social and environmental impact measurement, long-term strategic planning, corporate sustainability, the twin transformation perspective, stakeholder management and future vision development were addressed. Furthermore, tools for impact management, sustainable growth approaches, and strategic practices that support long-term success were shared with the participants so that the initiatives can create lasting value.
